8 u; K) [- W$ ]We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

: T! [0 ~6 R; c! F" F' {9 Z• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
p# A9 K" n9 X! m9 F• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 3 g, I0 m; {0 q y2 N$ `5 f) N) Y
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
" E5 r& Y7 M0 I• Promoting TBL products and services % ]% e* c) g2 A( w+ `* j
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance - L. m5 _& F4 m x, w6 ^- s3 h
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
& d# y( r2 y8 g t5 ]' V• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta : x$ L6 b6 c* A' J
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
) f6 {3 }4 U8 P8 i+ x• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 9 U; Q6 ^1 I( t: q% i
• Arranging catering for various meetings + c0 t% L; U( F+ E# \" W8 |
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
9 u7 d. k# x5 k; m7 a- Q, R• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling/ K8 v+ D1 L% ^, m) |7 D1 N- m
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
