The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

+ q- a1 Z* }: m I; O0 D& r# PWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

7 c6 F4 e4 q' B) b( ?• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
; s# M' k2 y6 Y$ F• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 5 H) E, w' F2 F+ X X1 A9 D
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach % e5 E0 ~. F: L7 F
• Promoting TBL products and services ; A5 x& j$ l. \7 V4 H
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance ! C5 E' d* k4 p1 e) I) N
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables - S- e/ m# g' d2 J% J
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 1 o, o! Z+ u- D+ Y; [* G& \
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
. i' N2 U$ N+ d; }9 A9 N• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program : x0 u- a* l" Q, K
• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times + \# }0 M/ ^) C- p% M

 Strong work ethic
