8 G, J: x  u- L+ A0 m6 P- [5 x0 \Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
: G0 K6 E; @) I( J! \Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
9 ]4 y+ t: b- Z! y' E3 MResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
6 I; {  W, W5 `0 b- w7 wHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
