out of province inspection and modification

I have an United States vehicle and need to have out of country and out of province inspection, and some modifications. I went to Ford Dealer, and they told me that the modification of daytime running lights need to around CAD 600.
# G. {# j$ N& L+ E9 v4 S  ~5 M4 T6 Y- |Does someone recommend a good and cheaper place to such modification?

# N8 t7 C! v. Q1 [$ X+ L! hAnother question: Could someone recommend a good Ford Dealer or other shop that can do good mechanic job and also the price is much more reasonable?
