We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
' W9 A% C$ s; I6 L9 j5 [        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
  l7 {9 z& ]" {        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
# v7 }0 u/ [( Q) O$ Z1 ^/ r: c        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
