' g; L! ?! n% n& {7 c/ o& `; i" xWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

0 }4 B' [) Y% J* r4 a$ _Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
, n& H8 T" i/ B6 X% P        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
/ q4 j" z1 ~( k        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
+ G8 d2 s. i7 C        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
1 p- I4 E6 \; d$ _: h5 Q        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
8 Z+ h2 q' `/ C# Q9 [* s4 V        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
