1 w" c; H6 T: k( y5 dWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
/ P9 p  T0 h( @( D        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
; t2 w( M0 j, t. y/ E        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
) b! h/ Z- \+ q, q7 R3 _# c        General building management;
0 C( Z3 P9 q1 V2 _+ t! B1 Z6 @        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
, G3 w5 r" o- a2 C        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
