) E6 a# M% L, o+ z9 A& WWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

" D( w% R7 s' |9 N$ C  tEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
1 C* ]5 Q- q& L8 w4 z        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
( y& L! X. a0 q8 F$ A" I- P! W+ W        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
7 r" @: b0 _: ]9 p  L- t" w  b/ `        General building management;
& E' I1 z7 G  W' {: o- N9 b        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
* _2 l! P2 F( K3 ~        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
