' O2 I# W  \& l9 s0 _) [, WWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

( k/ a$ o0 L# n( l! x3 dEducational requirement:  
0 g* `( K5 @* @        University Degree, or
; I3 `7 @  @! Q3 {# i' O  I. ?0 C3 G        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

4 Z% o, ~& S( B        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
6 [, v. \) H7 A        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
