8 Y2 ?$ R6 o5 {2 s3 T6 I- PWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
1 i- r  F. p4 I3 u        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

, Y3 q1 I: s. P9 B        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
8 p2 s  y8 K/ v) ~        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
, q; q, c! p% |( J  h3 X9 q+ N        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
. b8 A1 B6 A/ P/ y        Procurement and service contract management;
: z9 m7 M- w( E8 n% j, b        General building management;
6 e% t4 v! c5 h' x' l        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
