Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

$ ?/ l, _$ Z; yPolice say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.# }& J! W7 ^- D3 _: p1 f+ \
( I* J; N+ `) P# R3 zOfficers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.

Roughly 400 kilograms of pot was taken from the vehicle and the driver and a passenger were arrested without incident.
