- c. i: I% j0 RDetermine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
7 R$ j! U( j9 m. s( p0 ?9 ~! SAssemble containers and crates, record contents manually or in computer system, pack goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instructions
( p! g* M8 {0 Y4 o" BOversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
" p8 ?8 l& b' `1 X! p3 q/ y7 tInspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
3 r9 v3 p* i( U2 }! gUnpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas
Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systems
May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.

Completion of secondary school
