Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
5 K- j8 a9 d# `. e' sAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
/ E" J, }8 F0 o& ?* m- Y# e" @0 {Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, R! Z& t# C4 T6 }. g/ a0 P/ wMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
