Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
: H: s+ a) E- G% _1 ~) \2 z' ]Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
; k0 t3 f# c0 L- w" P7 _+ J8 _1 F$ j5 `Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
1 M% C( U2 c2 ~1 F7 p* h1 ~Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
