• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

3 Y* r3 ]+ T0 r. k• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
1 M) E# z" o* v3 w$ I• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
5 d: h9 o* a# ~& I; ^; y; G• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
/ V8 G2 b7 k* I7 Y& y+ ^" B: P; y• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
0 p* g1 W. o  G. r• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
& j6 [) n4 V: l0 B! ?• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
" l$ Y$ N2 j& k! R• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
$ u4 O, Y9 G. r, @+ @, G' P0 l• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
" m* d% r$ \' V- K8 G• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
8 V+ v" G  O' |• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
0 a/ v1 c$ y& A$ Z5 {9 M1 |, Sresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
4 {- b& g' F& y6 S( w2 E• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

/ l% k" X- N7 j  b• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
* |# c" _1 G  C• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
4 F8 e7 Q/ M8 B# D; l# p! H& E/ x• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
* Q; _0 Y7 k$ \• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
5 F# Q  A# T. L6 B: Q• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
# ]  _+ n3 B# X" K$ l8 c• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
) _- y6 X' }8 z' e& R: Y• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
4 X) n( @7 j) c" q7 m• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
! J  U7 P$ [% u5 D& p3 G! V• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
