1 b, j, d) v8 {8 i E• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. ' S* v N/ t! c' l
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
# J0 Q# p8 w2 U+ `' {3 C) L• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
& x8 w* E) W5 l" ]• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
B) j; @$ G% y2 ?7 R• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
2 J6 a I b1 k• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. ! v, g J) g9 N J7 S
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
: v& M% r9 X G" d; w% _• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.6 ^' l% ^, l V3 g' |
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.+ n& @" j7 `3 k2 I+ o
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

1 S6 l+ A1 F3 Z* c• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.

; ~: X" a% S+ Q# S0 kEducation / Experience
4 o, p, Q6 y( ?7 ^3 U$ M; C& W• Grade 12 / GED.
8 `! {/ z4 w6 e4 \3 l7 k• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 2 @# M0 M% ]% V; m5 t, h; C. h `8 o9 U
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
! ]: C2 j. { t+ s- i• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 5 ?: w: j# c$ q; i- V- i
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. % n8 [0 ]' b b3 v0 |7 Z) M! d5 I- Z
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
