• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

+ S* y6 n2 p- n9 X8 v6 m• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
( v9 K6 d/ _$ T$ G+ D• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
$ [6 ]! v  T$ N• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
6 B+ q& c" k! X% S• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
7 e; X% g$ T7 e0 q  s• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
( S. F9 J/ K- y* W• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
/ p, d7 x  p8 q• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
) B$ q. d6 Q% z4 N, x/ r• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
+ d0 L8 o0 g; K) o* r  Hresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
  n+ r0 I* _" z• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
0 O3 N1 h5 R  F# I( q• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
- \3 s' G. H& j. T• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
: {- m0 s& m8 `3 f+ K• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
$ E! x* a( g4 |7 K7 A• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
5 z" y% k) `) A  x• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
% e  A; h. x: }3 P9 z3 q1 m• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience
# _8 p  t! C  k2 b& Z• Grade 12 / GED.
+ `/ G- Z! `* d• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
0 O# u& B0 I; F, }• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
