• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
& j6 [) n4 V: l0 B! ?• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
" l$ Y$ N2 j& k! R• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
$ u4 O, Y9 G. r, @+ @, G' P0 l• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 3 V, i, M, \* S; P" P8 T8 R; t7 b
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.- V2 x6 P* G1 P' `5 B
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.$ v- _9 a8 K0 P0 \ S) W" l* E; P
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.$ o& w4 d" Y( ~/ U6 }3 C" e
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
4 {- b& g' F& y6 S( w2 E• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.4 K' B. W2 y% p6 k
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.5 C2 \7 G; V# W: @; I6 W- G
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
* Q; _0 Y7 k$ \• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. g) Y7 @ l: R4 W/ h
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.% o' [+ [1 |6 t7 {+ w
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.2 j! K( ~, b& r# c4 L
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience: }& U$ x0 u3 f2 [/ E4 R- Y
• Grade 12 / GED.
5 F# Q A# T. L6 B: Q• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
# ] _+ n3 B# X" K$ l8 c• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
) _- y6 X' }8 z' e& R: Y• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. , s+ `" P: h# Q) y
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
4 X) n( @7 j) c" q7 m• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
! J U7 P$ [% u5 D& p3 G! V• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
