Job Duties / Responsibilities

& ]- y5 }! \8 @0 F• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
9 o2 W: V5 a! q& H* u2 p! ]place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
1 |- g) X/ V- a* H0 W' }• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
4 d5 S4 @. k. J3 c3 U  a* w, H9 W• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
6 h7 J: E6 S+ S6 Q9 Q" n# B• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
+ l" ^- g  _8 Q• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
. u- G9 g" f1 S! \. C; a7 s( ]- l* n• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
9 o! \- G: l( L  b) L• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
1 B$ l' Y6 p8 U8 J• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
/ J, j$ z. a9 Y. U! ~, f6 g• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
% u7 J6 u7 y$ {• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
% }9 y- x# g+ d7 U# R3 M• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
8 v7 \" Q! j1 a- v• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
$ s& g, M* j$ l1 z7 G+ d  F  t; g7 C• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
0 I$ y" k( \5 M$ n• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
6 H, Y) q8 J0 y* w# b# {5 h6 ~$ m+ s• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
2 X- ^' p( d; g* \4 U6 D• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

8 e$ N6 d, o; S* D3 PEducation / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
) Y7 S! ?* ?8 k: k$ V• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
. s1 M6 N: g* J. E% p• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
- O4 |9 R- I3 @• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
+ U% \6 `. I( c& M& ]3 O• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
