• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. 5 J0 l" s& [8 G4 ?1 P: j2 H
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
6 G7 S' g" L6 V t& N9 [• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
% H" c: k3 R( t7 ]• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 8 ~3 Z5 i. K* I, i
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.4 Y$ F! I: _1 e9 x8 F( w
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
& @; [+ }, M5 W2 K/ e3 z• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for8 X- X7 C9 z' Z( F/ @

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. 0 X2 U4 O( ]0 C" @- _; t2 k% b6 U
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.! M' r! Z& G& }0 |& V* J! p
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members., H/ j# H9 m8 G
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
+ B5 Y3 h+ V8 m• Grade 12 / GED.
* f' H* }+ C; Z" k( h4 ?- Z, ~• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
+ \) g9 j- E7 M* i' Z5 E• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
2 ^3 o) l* E, N6 ?8 S& v* Z) D• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. & h4 |5 w6 j* R* Q
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
! D7 P3 ? T* \* @5 S• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required./ E7 p: f$ n! V+ B) K* t
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
