• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
. u- G9 g" f1 S! \. C; a7 s( ]- l* n• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. " y7 |8 Q/ D' s9 r
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
9 o! \- G: l( L b) L• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.7 C3 }5 B. |6 ~8 W2 X
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report. B+ N. W/ ^$ ~! O$ n% y
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
/ J, j$ z. a9 Y. U! ~, f6 g• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for" p; R* e- X# L5 I' e9 Z

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
% u7 J6 u7 y$ {• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.6 t2 h) ]# R# w. h2 r& l* T1 b3 v
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
% }9 y- x# g+ d7 U# R3 M• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.! @' d1 G1 N, r+ R# @, l0 u+ p5 H
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.4 u' U: n( h4 o$ B
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment 5 M( y7 s/ n J0 f
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
6 H, Y) q8 J0 y* w# b# {5 h6 ~$ m+ s• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.8 w" w% O! E3 f9 P' R+ Q
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

8 e$ N6 d, o; S* D3 PEducation / Experience+ T$ x* a$ x0 d
• Grade 12 / GED.
) Y7 S! ?* ?8 k: k$ V• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ' @) f& v6 i7 H5 u. l+ H
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
. s1 M6 N: g* J. E% p• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ! s) m/ S! z& @( q8 W( |) a
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
- O4 |9 R- I3 @• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
+ U% \6 `. I( c& M& ]3 O• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
