Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.7 M* h# n* g9 f9 C4 g' C) @

• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;" g. S6 ]3 f8 V4 `6 s( h
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;' o, q; y% Q( J, m# _
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;5 M& q- }. p) e- A
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;1 P* Z9 w9 t, S0 i! I0 y) S
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;- }+ b/ z9 P4 m0 a6 z7 O* ]
• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;! q& s6 s: l% T, g% R: s9 A |7 C. G
• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
' ^' `" M% d% }3 j• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;

• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
) j s' g0 @0 w# M0 i+ X$ n• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;+ z Q$ o! Q9 o$ F j
• Assist with Contractor management and supervision as required.9 p6 [' {# R! N# K/ E

• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;

) n. q) d4 z' }2 I: G" |5 _3 R) o• Strong problem solving skills;
