want to rent apt from downtown

我现在就住在DOWNTOWN的公寓里，现在应该很方便就能租到这种公寓。我住的公寓是一室一厅，1800每月，管理一般，房子也很旧的。如果你有需要，在这里留言，我把电话贴上来。

现在downtown的apartment的确便宜了很多，但是一定要找到干净管理好的房子。downtown大多数的房子都有bedbug，还有一些房子有些别的问题，租房子以前一定要问清楚，最好能找到租这个房子的人来问问，如果你已经找到合适的，可以给我发个短消息，我帮你查查看看那个房子有没有什么问题。

last couple years ago i live in thickwood 1 bed room the price is $1300 but now i guess the price was going down if the apt have a bedbug i cant live cause i have a new born baby soon$ H, Z* \3 t2 q4 v, W7 R- r# X
any way thank you for yours helping if yours guys have a other apt please let me know once again thank you very much

我们住的这个apartment 还有一房一厅出租，不过价钱不低，大概1900-2000$ M8 {: C7 R) z6 C6 K
非常干净，全木地板，刚装修不久，也许我们会有新邻居了。. Q$ K0 S) o8 M% `
