Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential8 d2 `' u! p4 K' T
skills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded
" ]; p1 C) Y0 C, bprogram combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work
5 o3 t- c( {0 o: T) M0 ?1 texperience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
3 O2 o4 k! a6 _' e# p6 }( xwarehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food
; l) g T; _0 i* C+ B8 cservices and others.

citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:5 S$ g P: S, H: V2 g& s! _
* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB: W0 ]8 c& a& I' t/ Q5 w. y/ L
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-* h& C( m3 }* i6 a+ C4 m. o

* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand# n7 b. Q# T) J" \ [/ F
