Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential
4 J4 Z$ A y' C& B4 jskills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded
) v. A0 c1 u! I6 oprogram combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work
: q! p% P! p0 L- ^2 V0 y* O' Yexperience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
2 h- _ X- l4 |) K- O. ^warehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food

Candidate Profile:

% p( ^* z0 z* v& r" YCandidates for this funded program must be landed immigrants, Canadian' U, E/ [% ?- p, Z
citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:
) k4 N0 W$ w# T* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB
# d$ R3 Y% ?4 I+ s' A* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-
- F4 U9 O- a) V4 d2 V( psecondary education, t+ ~ R. w4 i' C. d/ x
* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand+ v* ?% @& Q7 W7 _/ ~7 ^5 O
