9 t* E* d; z# L+ b6 t3 _. g- [Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential% A- h/ H: r! r, L, p
skills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded( B: u, x/ |1 N/ k
program combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work7 K5 `7 T* g3 q1 u# d6 A
experience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
* B T, h; h* }; x5 \6 v' }- uwarehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food
1 f8 `; M8 F8 {2 k/ Qservices and others.

Candidate Profile:

citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:
# @$ v+ V; T8 ]% I* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB+ J1 U% F# M" a! x+ v8 _
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-

* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand
