A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
& k( S% O0 ?! O5 p+ @• Arrange courier services for all departments
4 W* q; d- W9 e+ o1 m j• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers/ i8 D+ [6 e5 N

0 e0 w! W& m( m6 w& ]! D• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Process payments for ticket orders and registrations

4 }( m" ?; l7 u! w• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures! A, _: _, D3 @/ w# D# x
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
& `/ e. T; a# x+ \$ @• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset* {- r4 Y( ?0 e$ R
