The YWCA is recruiting a Receptionist. The Front Desk is the central point for internal and external communications for all departments, programs and events. A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries' ]% z5 \, V" d$ o
• Arrange courier services for all departments

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers - D. b2 ~. l( G) i. S
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures) P2 y+ ]& n8 r1 q9 z0 ]
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
$ ~3 l0 o3 `4 c: S2 F• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
