Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

Key Responsibilities Include:

Activity Planning and Daily Activity
; M) A2 b  r5 M  i+ k- c% }•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code

0 ?0 |" X9 h4 U* AThe successful candidate will have:

•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
5 C7 O" F/ y1 v; e% R+ E•        Experience with children
' g& g: q; {+ b•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
