5 X7 U+ j" P* ?# V; V! J(10 week @ 35 hours a week contract. Must be returning to school)

Key Responsibilities Include
; k) v% S( j; RActivity Planning and Daily Activity
8 Y, q( X; @% I• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.
! y8 F ?, ]& G• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
8 K0 e! v+ A* |0 c" u, M• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, + ?9 _" m7 ?+ N" r
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.: t+ k9 }8 h1 R' }; P
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.4 V0 c" O, |5 l3 |/ m
• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting+ ?) R( V0 K: K- k: T" X
• Experience with children
$ a9 {; e* X: W3 j• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth / q1 J# ]( k$ |& P1 O
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.) z7 s% J8 o( x& p
• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.5 ^( W( Y2 y% I
• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
( g& ]$ ~1 S" q• A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check
" T8 F2 v7 E+ |• A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check
