Location is good , price is good; Is it eagleridge subdivision? The only downside is : I heard of underground water problem(too much) in this area, especially that close to the river.

! I- B0 ~8 q5 P, q3 L不是Eagle Ridge。从 455（含） 往南是 River Ridge，往北是 Eagle Ridge。
