你应该实地看一下东边的街是不是busy，街边有没有停很多车，因为看起来，东边有很多小些的房子，如果那些房子没有车库的话，车就很容易都停在路边。 还要看看冬天扫雪的工作量怎么样，就是把角有没有人行道。

Thanks, guys. The LRT will be far away, and the traffic noise is not so bad. But 海妮妮 is right, some people park their car aside the road, that's anoiying.

2-经纪人从名字和相片上看是明显的印巴人。
基于以上理由，我判断这是印巴人的房子。

如果是印巴人的房子，真要好好考虑。我一个朋友在多伦多买个印巴人的房子，将房内所有的地毯都换地板了，将厨房的厨柜全换了，刷了几次漆，住了三年多，味道还有。
