Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

' s( y( ?% W" r9 C' u3 J& PTo write the test in April or OCT
- |8 W( w8 F; `$ O5 g4 U4 yor take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

When did you submit your Application?

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
