Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

4 Q$ O' e6 z! c5 g3 c$ jTo write the test in April or OCT
7 ~. H* W- f% d) A6 o- Mor take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
