出国的时候时间仓促没来得及公证毕业和学位证，不知道edmonton哪里有没有中文件公证服务呢？

Those are the activities happened in China. I think you have to get them notarized by Consulate General or Notary Public in China.

其他可以找toronto或者vancouver的翻译公司，translation + notary 一条龙服务。

文件扫描一下，email给他们,就会告诉你价钱，多问几家，价钱差很多。
