Position Overview This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team., K, z7 C2 b+ w0 ~: N5 z
Responsibilities In this position, you will:
# Q& Z' j. X; U# o U• Plan and design major road and highway projects; 6 D: x4 G4 v$ L' q( I
• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
$ V7 L# Y! _9 E3 y• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications. ' g; N- w$ s! p6 r$ e4 _! {
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects; 7 X7 ^% Y Q ^% D6 k
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
