Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:

" ~$ J9 j& S0 y" V- L- ^2 t' g0 PControl panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
2 h! y" W# X9 A) Y
! y: n; Q! v( g1 z1 @4 L2 \5 |8 A1 gA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.
3 b* v4 ]8 H4 |4 u' f8 _
+ d" R3 B% H! B. MI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
