Housing Program Worker
, S( m  T0 w8 @5 E
, v, v  v* j$ v% N& RKey Responsibilities:
, U7 f3 P3 R, t3 j& C; L To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
2 h9 F' s9 M, u4 `) p" G2 G To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
% y* U# F( D( K9 G+ {+ ^ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
6 i  Z% d" a% p To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

$ s& o/ G0 _. D3 z" u0 nQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
  U9 q" P# f1 y0 j. z Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
6 }9 Z. c# [# h+ `! f, G: _- Y Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
/ T/ r0 E8 @, X; j' K7 L  [ Current CPR and First Aid certifications
( v" S4 T# i5 b Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
