4 H! ?2 [9 N9 b- {# Q7 z: y$ ]Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
; A/ t: }9 D7 O To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

9 H9 h7 _& o# _, ^8 G# mQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
' ]! R2 |0 g9 _ 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
