Key Responsibilities:
0 E) t: s' Q8 e' a' T4 j To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
3 c; [8 z. }* h7 ^7 f4 Y( q! I To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
+ N; b- u# e! n1 h5 G To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
' z2 i% `2 F- I5 l' S To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
$ o# K: @+ N( M* n$ N To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
6 T. m2 c* j" X3 W To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

! l2 j2 U, v# {4 ]* c  mQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
/ Q: T, M+ f2 t* k( ~7 a( ^( N% ` 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
: w6 y( k( ]  G4 b& Q2 v( o6 t" J7 g$ i Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
, e8 u6 Y% l  m$ j# y" n0 S Current CPR and First Aid certifications
* a3 v; Y5 C* I& q! p; S5 } Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
