% a3 @7 D. ^9 SKey Responsibilities:
5 {7 T2 e& C! e5 t( ]3 ~ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
- j. q  C9 t. l) _& ?8 d' y( P4 G To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
2 e) u# q9 ?+ Y- S To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

- ], T. e3 M% QQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
) R. p1 u  e8 }2 c' v! F 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
( w: y  n8 d+ s/ r4 Y4 l0 v' P Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
& i$ s7 Y+ \5 T3 p Current CPR and First Aid certifications
3 `+ H& n  k9 X- C! ^3 S) R* s Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
