Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
+ z# W3 \0 W% l- X- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
2 U4 Y( g+ M4 k: _. @- Provide orientation for parents
* f+ {3 z6 y/ c7 q5 O6 J- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
. i# R9 z% ~9 ]4 V4 q4 S$ I- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

2 Q2 O8 X6 _3 `5 m- b- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
  h. d- i5 W5 s- h- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
$ n, |) e/ w* K- q2 x: S3 a* A- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- p! V. J) @: G* O! g8 x- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
