R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手+ ^6 B% J$ B1 }$ v# w( y' }
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time( {$ P' r" Z0 X* B' Y

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
. Q/ n, b2 W) ~One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
; W, T8 P6 [5 P2 V$ ^5 P
4 x! H& Y B9 ?( G) S6 t上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
2 o) @4 h/ z+ \4 @0 z) c8 R7 LAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
