# ^ [! O) }" u! S+ MThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.7 H S: T8 M& p2 C! h9 J

Job Duties/Responsibilities:! y3 c2 k1 e6 b* v1 e, F. ]
• Human Resources Management" F1 @6 ?6 c/ `) I+ N
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities a2 F. v4 n0 [1 k. V0 D. M
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
! E7 R w# `, j% C5 F! L8 N: w* E• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities0 @/ L$ K% X- ?- f$ r0 R
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
( I/ W* t% S; `" Z• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

& v; u! q! K- v, F" G" PProgram Delivery& b1 e# \8 O" {
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
6 P6 o8 t6 G" d. Y1 Y1 W4 T• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes' G! d; W1 a5 C0 O6 _: M4 a2 J, q; P$ {
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required$ n1 @3 p; J- F* l4 Z( c
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
5 T" A4 [; K) M8 l8 u• Review service action plans and support programs as requested
! _ N) U1 I9 [/ e8 i, n# \- W9 v• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
' C* k& O" s- H" }! r$ A9 o5 `# `• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

Administration
" u+ X5 j' z4 @1 W- T% G• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director3 H6 N; q- |6 f" p
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review% r- Q* ^$ R" L+ v
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required. d" h! q' |2 V
% r8 v: q/ F% G4 W) c, i4 ^Qualifications:/ l _( J2 K7 A
/ P- q# L# _6 v; n! @1 \• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
7 H6 N1 H I) p# g3 | n4 }• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
0 G; Q, M% G7 J# w) s6 Z" L: x• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience0 A, x; U8 {0 o; ]5 `! F
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

H8 t V2 j1 Y* p2 j5 v• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
