Alberta.

2 [1 @/ ~. I( C( ^" n9 zFAVA serves members with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, ranging from

and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a
! i7 x& |% n7 v r; y7 Bresource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and 4 @0 x# p. x, H/ c) _
screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
% Z' }, v5 o0 v5 d( sFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
4 g) E3 n) m% L( y2 X7 ewell as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library $ Y4 K. V8 f' E& R
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books * k9 H8 e( {' t( L8 C7 L0 P
- Implement a catalogue template for future use % n6 f0 q2 {2 D8 c3 Z3 S
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
9 z% t4 e7 U1 Y4 b! H% v! J- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Experience or training in library sciences preferred

- Strong team player abilities
