Housing Program Worker

* c# b. b' u& |2 JKey Responsibilities:
! V8 D" \% y9 W1 M' n To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
4 A1 \% C1 R4 v5 ` To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
, }* e! n/ |: |3 J: W* N To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
4 @- ^/ n" B, p. M. ~ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
6 n" G, O, C. S/ [7 d; \ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
/ \* @$ U9 a1 U! h) M To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  I% H( T, \0 Z+ z9 [8 _, |5 \' B" ^ Current CPR and First Aid certifications
, n8 K6 `+ H. J& h/ S1 y6 e( I Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
