Has the following summer position available: June 1 – August 16, 2005 (40 hours per week)

9 ^% F9 z7 T) v& D' K5 R+ BKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
# @6 o5 E% z$ b To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
  u! S$ E  t0 A! d To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
9 c3 T4 J6 b. ]8 J To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
- j$ K9 d1 Y7 S" D To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

2 b/ O2 s; Q  I. G5 y$ FQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
# ^) p3 p4 s1 n* x: A8 W3 ^ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
2 M* i& ]; o7 J1 _7 O Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
