: O4 l" O$ G+ ^/ i8 EKey Responsibilities:
. |( e5 {; H) ^; b, t" c To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
4 P1 c' j  b5 l- L, `1 i. a To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
2 e/ j7 t1 V( q( z( V, K& r5 v+ D To help promote the program in the community.
% H6 n. k5 m  s( M& [' j To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
1 X3 \5 v  ^5 \ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
" g$ U1 g+ W2 e To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
% h( }, Z7 [0 q( T To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
( Q" {5 P: q! S# [+ V& l# P" A& ^ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
* N1 m; X$ {# t Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  |6 F* n) t5 t9 F Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
