Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
Date        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
3 `& y, a7 D7 p$ RTime        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
% {8 M7 b+ O- A; E$ k) b* A# ~1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
9 V( g+ }4 f. X7 y4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
) {" [* ~0 c8 C$ U5 [3 h/ ]5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

! R0 K$ d8 L- G7 v0 R1 X* ~7 nWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
