Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
9 j/ @/ Q/ T9 w* O8 z1 LFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
* q/ @2 ?/ @1 i3 e6 ~( |# F( |( b1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
& |8 |/ P% p# o; K3 ~+ ^  }5 u2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
/ q8 |4 F! o1 q# N1 S4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
