Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
" L* |! z# F3 I& N, v% VPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
5 Z, k' c# u  ^' [8 F" lFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
: Y! M1 ^- f9 t) l0 V; U7 \  ^& J1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
( j- b& b9 p, A. r4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
+ n! @3 {$ g# v" }0 k0 E. \5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

5 c, J, j: _7 o2 I% z: G) u( GWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
