Job Description
Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
. [) {- i2 y( G2 F! r% {! H5 m" ~3 |& GResponsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)

Qualifications:
" t8 U8 p$ \1 y
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
" X8 d1 r. C2 [) e- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
8 D" Q$ b0 n; m# p- leadership abilities
5 s" C& F# S9 T- e% I) \- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
