-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

9 F  m8 E5 L$ C" Q) h, O$ RQualifications:
. d# D& f+ e# s2 {-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
" d' [% |) d- T" ]" f: D/ L-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
6 G+ f* _* _& ]. k; E-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
% f5 t* _8 x4 \2 n4 G9 @- ~, h4 F-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6 C0 |0 Y! }  Q( f+ T3 O-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

5 Z( Y' O5 l8 o/ P8 i1 N8 i$ n2 @! J-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
6 Q  Z* A& _: W/ ?0 T-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
