-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
5 u% @' {8 W; v; `        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

: \3 m/ V, K1 \( ^1 {Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
+ E& K* ]' Y& S4 P* G8 U        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
4 E- s6 }2 s( _8 T! X% k-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
* O% I/ i6 K9 l# ^3 A-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
6 T5 R$ `; U4 z' M: P3 d6 _-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
$ w+ ], d3 G) V+ P- a-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
2 L# Y1 h- |; C# _) \' B) ]-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
7 {& x/ m0 F4 X7 d% I& h# W$ `        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
. c: e* F- z- w; s-        $14.00 per hour
