Responsibilities:
& L0 U/ T1 l3 w5 Y+ e- o7 x-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
0 y$ \& K+ A/ |( ]5 U& V1 O-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
% X* A/ S5 w" x1 L4 }-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
1 \8 q) [2 x4 o" E7 A-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
& ~" y# h2 P4 }; I        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
' }( U+ K5 G9 S5 x( O  @-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
: v2 o/ [) {3 U( X' V-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
/ O: p' U) O. S1 W: ^6 i) S-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
7 u* m6 ^& \. Z  L1 l5 N-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
& S% ?. J/ |/ h5 B8 \# G, x-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
5 l  R+ W  [* H) L' G3 B' [-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
& \% ^7 b- ]  ?0 r1 Y-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
0 e& N0 o( I6 A) Q& u6 f: n. K2 }-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

; X+ Y# E! i+ T2 c, ?" n-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
! w( ]5 t4 D$ v) b! Y% U        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

-        $14.00 per hour
