Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
; h0 {, v5 q% B8 ~- ~: l) uSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
' o) F+ f  i0 i0 R, k/ T- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
; b) S. ^, v& e# R- Paying attention to details;
  K  r8 G# E, d5 Y: `7 y- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;

0 p& P5 @: l5 K) y  M& Q- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
