Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
; y, N+ W9 a  {2 S. U6 Y- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
8 k, S3 f2 h! }& U8 z2 ]- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
7 C2 i! R. B2 S* i3 {2 ]5 C- Post-secondary education preferred;
$ g& H, A6 N$ c% A# W- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

" t! x: C0 {6 }$ n4 G" L* s- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- f1 Z2 Q  ~) }& @- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
9 ?: j* o5 Z1 m5 D2 _- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
: z' a4 m' W0 ?6 v- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
