. q3 F/ B8 Y" \$ UIs looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

( h7 n9 \7 z7 m8 {# H6 QWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- H$ X7 t1 n4 a- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
% V, f3 A5 S+ }  Z' y# m# n0 i$ o- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
$ \- }- N% G+ y6 ]1 z7 V) N* Q6 c) w- Paying attention to details;
' \; l- \. I  I* {, S- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- I4 P7 [( j* u7 |, Q  t- Post-secondary education preferred;
- V5 ?8 R. ^9 e: V# C- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
