我刚接到这家电台的email 如下：

I called you late this morning to follow up, but was told you were out of the office.

I know that you have spoken to Mandi Hemmerling who oversees our creative department, including copy for most of the commercials that air on iNews880.  I don’t know all of the particulars of the complaint you are referring to, however we have looked into this and determined that we have not run a commercial with that line in it, or any similar line.  In fact, we do not currently have any shoe companies advertising on iNews880, nor did we on the date this complainant says she was listening to the radio.

In light of this, it might be prudent to advise this person to remove this posting. If she is indeed suggesting or threatening legal action in a public forum, over an ad that we did not air or if she is inferring that we ran something we did not, and inviting public debate and discussion based on information that is factually incorrect, I would certainly like to know more about this so we may take the appropriate action in response.
