How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?% V; y- ]! w8 @' _. p {: y, G
4 X- ~% a' v- I9 j2 h; F1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
. G$ w: e0 s. I; v/ e- ]2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;
6 U# h- `9 m7 W8 |* t7 m! a8 D" o/ S3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;
) W& H' {6 z$ U4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;3 P. ?2 ^0 b0 _) R
5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;
6 ^4 t f0 {8 |/ L! T3 {! P! n6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).
