How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?: D7 e% h- n3 S. \+ W; Z" J 
 
$ S! Y  T* l  o5 V# ?) _8 }  L3 ^1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;  
3 [$ o) f! s3 c* Q% H/ v2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes; 
- N# t, O8 H1 c% ~% T" `* o3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;  V! X- w8 i1 M( ^' l1 O* I, ~ 
4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;$ q( M, p. c: C  e/ A" V2 B 
5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips; 
9 m4 S2 k; _% L' t7 j) K4 k6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).

And another vital important point: DO NOT try to below those chips out! Most likely you will just below your mess everywhere, including your precious eyes.
