How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?# X9 V' W( s# S
7 I( ^ z$ ?; b1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it; ; Z: a/ |& o4 s
2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;/ f5 \* D# W1 G& r
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;$ f% ?$ M7 F9 ^/ V1 r, z
4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;
- b0 o4 X8 v* W3 x5 L/ F2 X5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;! p( e# Z6 W1 B( E! Q% m
6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).. S4 ]: N7 y1 U; g! O
, @* C3 s$ E& k! p$ bAnd another vital important point: DO NOT try to below those chips out! Most likely you will just below your mess everywhere, including your precious eyes.2 m; p- v% b4 [0 Y F
