As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment. Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications. / Z4 g4 E( A1 P* C
As part of this endeavour, you will be responsible for performing the following type of activities:+ Q; `4 \; ]7 M) R: d
Convert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off.
, X4 c5 k) g% |: ~Create process and data models to visually represent requirements information.
; s; _4 t/ Y* S4 |! ZPerform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing. - g W+ \+ h& @& o0 A x0 g& _
Assist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase.
2 E. z, [( A0 ~& cSupport, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.
0 x4 z& Y) [# e7 HAnalyze current technical and business objectives, plans, processes, information flows, and systems.
: _5 Q+ ?% Z/ A) y/ hAssist in the identification, assessment and resolution of application problems and recommend modifications.

Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables. ; ?( n- a2 e1 T+ e: Y, m
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset
8 O% E8 Y& X7 T6 Y% U8 T; Q8 h• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.# N+ i& k8 x" c# T* A5 R" d ~# [
• Experience with Web Applications, VB.net, C# and/or .NET technologies an asset." B' y- Q& }, Y5 `
• Understanding of Object Oriented design principles and the .Net Framework.; @$ u" S1 s. A5 L0 D/ l! S# O7 {, `
• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment./ s: y3 ?$ ]6 Y. }! m. a
