一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

! X/ m7 B4 j: l6 H% ^# h1 b2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

4 P" w. m% e& l( O  G- c7 W3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.

once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
