一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

2 R9 s3 z; \& u  @前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

& h& x& o. ~( l0 i8 n7 L, K1 G6 g1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

+ t4 J! |% e$ C; S2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5

$ e; |# e( I! [7 r4 `9 B* S1 Donce your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

will only save you a few seconds of time.
saving a few seconds will not justify by paying all the fines ($$$),

all the violations will be on your driving record for 3 years.

请问楼上的， 分数要是被扣，那个分是保留1年还是2年？

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
