一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

" j$ A/ Y; g2 N9 _  `! s# F前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

: f# H8 p+ Q2 f+ g3 r9 f2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
