1 O7 D9 O6 t6 @0 K7 t" YThe City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

: C1 b9 {/ a- }6 \1 l6 I1 LThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
9 }" U0 c1 J9 i% b: b/ G1 ~That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw & v: H3 z: i: v
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act . x8 Q& K% ]+ f" l! k5 R$ o7 N
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
4 i/ Z r& Y/ M A+ ]Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
