$ X+ \! n; ~. e# UThe City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

+ A/ d. U/ ]+ W* `7 R0 u6 YThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw : H) F* h( N& {$ `% p8 B
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw $ W2 u; y8 J2 J' c( T# Y* |. J
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
; M8 L8 O w) f+ U# }0 @% }; BCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
