! F+ c4 @+ h- \3 ]4 O. r- ^个人理解wage就是基本按照时间（小时）工或者计件工，在这里overtime就是1.5倍，所以二月和三月可能有很大不同，差别可能是（23-20）/ 20 = 15%
) x$ Y9 C: O7 ]0 s9 o. I! X* m1 Tsalary是月工资，每个月工资固定，二月和三月一样。
