我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for

好像7号牌可以开车吧，只要你找个5号牌（非GDL）的人坐在你身边~~~~

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
