我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

first, i suggest to take driver training.
. c, W8 [1 W/ P- Aafter 10 hours of basic in-car practice
with a qualified instructor. you should
have good car control skills. then whenever
you get a chance, ask(or beg)your friend or family
to let you drive. but make sure whoever
7 E  c9 b; z/ Vsitting beside must have a non-gdl license.

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for
0 s3 I" w3 \" a+ o( j0 bthe road test. you should have accumulated over 400 hours
of driving time on you belt. passing that simple road test

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
