Hello Brothers and Sisters:
Firstly I have received an update from the Suncor Voyageur Project. As you may already
know this project has been downsized from $3.2 billion to $1.3 billion. We now know that
" [3 K7 P3 F$ k; L2 U9 Z6 @the number of field trades people will be dropped from 1800 to 300. Now we are also being
told that by the end of December there will be no LOA offered. At this point I do not know
# j0 q& I4 v8 ]- l" R* H( jif this includes the MNU or SEP projects which should wind up in the spring of 2009.

各个公司一般都是今年后半年就开始制定明年的财政开支计划了。如果2009年年中到年底石油继续下滑，跌到30块/桶甚至25块/桶，那将对各个石油公司2010年的财务开支计划产生重大影响，真的到了25块/桶的时候，对的Fort Mac的影响也将是巨大的。
