As far as I know, most staff working in Suncor is R shift which is a regular shift with 5 days 8 hours work. weekend off. But some has P6 or P9 shift, which is 2 days 12 hours and 2 days 8 hours, 3 days off including Saturday and Sunday off.9 o( B' a2 l% M E' A, z& s: T$ U% c# X

Union workers and contractors have day shifts and night shifts, and lots of other different shifts, like I, J,K, L shift which working 12 hours a day. But most of contractors work 10 hours a day, 10 day work and 4 days off, some work 12 hours a day, 4 days work and 4 days off......and the start time and end time is different from Suncor employee with some Contractor to avoid the big traffic jam.
