: v2 N: X8 j- |! J! bPosition Abstract: The Regional Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for effectively leading and delivering the AUMA's Municipal Sustainability Planning (MSP) Initiative, Phase 4.

2 w. n. b) T% r: F! Q& }The successful candidate will be self-directed and able to work within a collaborative team process, to plan/coordinate the development/delivery of learning resources/events at the local community level within the GAER region.1 C: A! A* T' d( l B8 b6 e
: u" y3 W' x9 B4 X- J; zKnowledge, Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in social sciences, administration or arts with relevant work experience is considered an asset.+ q k) t" J Z6 S0 ^# h3 s# y3 R1 g1 _
/ F$ u, H1 H+ b6 e( K6 [The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in the following areas: community development/community leadership capacity building; development of partnerships between yourself and the local stakeholders; project coordination; knowledge of municipal planning; superior written/oral communication skills; report-writing and evaluation; working with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds; communications planning and implementation. 8 Z) m* D; K7 F. x* I& z4 t
