Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

2. Power steering flush         99.95        
8 u0 Y0 n" r- E- l; V* w  v3 T3. Brake flush         99.95
* S  ~+ I+ A, [  Q7 |  x4. Coolant flush 139.95
* M" U, G% b( _5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

4 h0 Q# T6 C3 h, kDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

车不一样，需要保养的项目，时间，公里数都不一样的。如果你想知道到底哪些需要做，最好的办法就是打电话到你的车的原厂车行，把你的车的年份，公里数告诉他们，他们会告诉你现在需要做哪些项目的。
