How long do you plan to live there? If for over two years, it is totally worth the investment. 9 {- B. N: [3 K9 G

You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. 3 S) I0 x0 f( m5 S1 x; m8 k, G5 n0 o5 ~$ j/ J1 G
But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
