How much is your receiver? about $400? some websites sell it cheaper, which is around 320, but I am not sure of their credibility.

You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. 6 s, ?7 e: P. K' m. k8 Q1 l, N/ Z( A A& u# v* | A! {
But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
