You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. ) f! a) v$ G# U, t: b; C0 a2 v" H; ~; w& N$ ~8 w
But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
