 wash and clean 4 summer tires and bag them,

 torque 4 wheel nuts to spec, 1 t, Q1 t0 h, B* }# p
 take a road test, and torque the wheel again; h" }& u' U) `' I0 S3 y
 and perform basic check(engine oil level, lights, coolant strength, block heater)
