We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
" ~! H6 w% ^8 g1 [* W* ?) O' H•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
- Y& d* }" j$ W8 d* _9 [- m" ]7 z•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
' J- Y; c! r( B$ Z. \•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

/ G) u3 `, n5 U% |Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
$ [0 u' p! o4 k: e$ v" i4 s•        Degree in the area of human services;
5 c$ @* P# x: a4 C) x' ^•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
( G( P; l3 V) _2 u2 D$ E•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
$ E5 D3 u6 D3 g' R1 \•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
