The driver of the car was found dead at the scene.

0 ^4 H$ C( C: _9 L& \2 UMeanwhile, one male is dead and another is in police custody after an altercation between two groups in an alley early Sunday morning, according to an EPS press release. y- H4 K A3 c7 f/ q3 V" p# P
& J, U4 T$ G! ~ HAt approximately 2:45 a.m. MT, officers spotted a vehicle being driven the wrong way on Gateway Boulevard near Whyte Avenue.

Upon stopping the car, the officers learned that one of the passengers, a 24-year-old male, was seriously injured.' k W6 T1 u5 x J

$ g& Z* F+ v* Q9 H/ s" S/ a6 r3 lA police investigation revealed that the three male occupants of the vehicle had been involved in a physical altercation with two other males and a female near an alley south of Whyte Avenue, between Gateway Boulevard and Calgary Trail, which resulted in one male being stabbed.
