Position Title: Administrator

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
- m' h( t$ |- @$ H8 _; y3 j8 V! q+ Y0 r8 u7 C% d
Accounting and Admin:! e& ~4 U$ U% I- P3 @+ h3 K
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 x' y" p& b l- T& J: e5 h2 eo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
) `# x; Y( p4 G: d! Io Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
4 m; h5 T: ~& Q: H m- J* vo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
; E9 M% I7 h" U7 ]o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
; W, _" ] x: B i1 R, Zo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.! ~! o% M; @7 ?5 _
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.% f8 o+ l ?! q. m6 l7 L# C
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
; ?8 H2 W. M' `6 d7 z8 j9 F2 So Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.2 l: }) B2 j" N& [- p$ O. }
Operational:
4 L) q; F1 b- U, z2 co Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.7 K! D7 {: W, r/ d9 U& q: _
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
/ ~9 ~9 h9 x5 V5 ?4 M0 so Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
( C0 C; W5 W3 R5 i1 So Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.& i# H0 m$ S- l) D
Clerical:
7 w7 `2 d8 A4 ^' Go Telephone and reception.
1 C% ]0 s. q) x8 V: v* No Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.0 u5 O J& L1 ]
o Hotel and travel bookings." e/ L' u, x* L+ d9 R
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
% z) W) x8 W+ S5 v+ qo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.
0 ~1 B% M: s2 Q u3 Go General office filing.
/ Q5 o" W" {2 Eo Filing and archiving of closed work order files.
|/ g6 b* h6 Bo Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
