Major Responsibilities: - p0 u. v: S+ p: j% V. E

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
& w* S5 m( h0 `( ?5 X, r
+ ^3 @8 f8 Q2 @+ i3 J9 ]& L3 {Accounting and Admin:
+ g# K/ d6 T% [) [o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.5 n, M# y& [" Z+ |% P) ^
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
. ~8 e# q2 [+ B0 q9 do Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
( C" g1 V6 Q U( L2 j. Jo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis., |; l/ u3 B; Q) s$ s/ r! w8 @& R
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.( E) Q5 Y& Q- N
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.& W& O+ h/ A6 ]4 c& S
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
d; {5 u; k+ X% Z% `9 q/ Ko Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization. r: H7 L) i1 N/ d3 P
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
$ l% i/ ?6 I! T0 m$ ko Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).$ V, g8 B) @9 w) U: u! K
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
6 @, ~& P0 G) e" c- E& W. r6 C1 ~o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.6 q* q6 y# t2 [" h/ a: b7 p
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
( d0 W, U% @ O) _6 }o Hotel and travel bookings.7 E o' j2 g/ D% L) L2 K5 Z
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
- _- @ P" O; S& I6 \8 U6 Z ^o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.; f3 D" S2 P% w" B) S; r

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
