Position Title:         New Equipment Sales Consultant

& }% O; O" D' `; T6 ^+ d•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
5 I3 g8 o! ~7 Q2 N5 v6 o•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.2 T5 F, K) T! G5 u
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.    e2 K7 C2 O6 I: H+ ]$ m
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.+ Z+ E- ]+ C/ @) l7 M* ^1 X
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.8 X8 M' q5 D- Q& s# r: ^! Z4 b$ y$ Z
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.  h3 `2 u& `3 p- t; O. E
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.

•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
