• Manage the reception desk: answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner, take messages.  
• General administrative support responsibilities: Filing, mailing, faxing, photocopying, typing business correspondence, data entry and etc.
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Make travel arrangements

• Must be able to work well in a small office environment, friendly but professional
• Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software, in particular Word and Outlook
• 1-2 years previous work experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant strongly preferred
