Position: Youth Program Coordinator / Classification: Full time - permanent /
4 t# C0 U# D: }0 X6 n6 ^Terms: hours are flexible with some evening & weekends shifts and provincial travel required / Location: Edmonton / Salary: Competitive / Closing Date: August 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

, F8 o1 ?* z0 n, G: E7 QAbstract: working in collaboration with our E.D. & volunteers, the Program Coordinator will develop/implement various programs including, but not limited to, school/community presentations & special events. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with youth, be extremely self-motivated, outgoing and energetic, and have strong planning, public speaking and communication skills.   

/ K4 @; g+ Z7 h# }. q* JExperience & Assets: Grade 12 diploma with a minimum of (3) years related work & volunteer experience; administrative experience; knowledge & experience in the non-profit sector.

: U( V( g7 j% u% O$ _% S+ P) ~Essencial Skills: strong oral, written communication & organizational skills + the ability to plan, coordinate and implement events and program details; exemplary attention to detail & organizational matters; excellent time management skills and an ability to set goals and priorities; ability to work with a broad range of clients and stakeholders; proficient knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn other computer programs.
