刚才在MLS上看到一则卖房广告，转帖如下：

分在哪里，在卡城就是400多尺小condo，照样25万以上，600尺要30万，800-900尺要40万。这回爱城的朋友估计不用说爱城比卡城房子贵了。卡城几星期前成交了一套$1000多万的一个单元公寓。
